Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service! I bought these FitFlexx compression wraps a little over a month ago, but didn’t use them right away. When I finally did, I noticed one wrap wasn’t securing properly. I assumed it might be user error, so I tried a few different methods but the issue persisted. I reached out to customer service, and they responded immediately. The replacement arrived quickly and worked perfectly! It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products, but this one absolutely does. The gear itself is fantastic — easy to put on, simple to adjust, and so convenient to store in my gym bag. I’m much happier using these than dealing with traditional, bulky supports. I've used FitFlexx for a few years now and I've never had a problem. I pay attention to shipping estimates for time and, if I pay extra and they show up late, they refund the shipping. I've read some pretty negative reviews and I understand being frustrated when things go sideways during delivery. They are as advertised, I like the fit because I order xxl and they fit well and easy to stretch a little if needed. They fit my wide shoulders and material is nice and feels/looks good. Has a vintage look as well as broke in look. I ordered 6 because hard to find what I like and something that fits well. Some make XXL skinny fit, these would fit that if you do not do a light stretch before wearing. Very happy will be my go to shirts on our vacation (warm weather locale) as well as at home. Material is cotton and a nice balance/weight of not too thin yet not too heavy and feels good softer than the course inexpensive brands yet somewhat closer to a brushed cotton feel of more expensive brands.. Light enough for comfort and good hang yet heavy enough for shape retention and durability and comfort. Color is great, subtle and broken in look. No one will know they are new out of the bag. Overall im very happy and it's not easy finding a shirt that hits all the bells I look for, these do. Definitely be patronizing FitFlexx again soon. Im 5'11, 235 with somewhat wide shoulders and ex-military look and the 2XL fit great from the neck down.

This will be my second time receiving an order the same day I purchased it. Both involved getting a notification of a delay in my order’s arrival, but then it was delivered the same day anyway; usually later in the evening or night. I don’t know who’s doing these late night runs for FitFlexx, and don’t demand they keep doing it, but I greatly appreciate their efforts! As far as I can tell, they’re leaving my packages in a spot where they aren’t stolen, which I give another big appreciation. As for the product itself (FitFlexx Performance Joggers), they were pristine and work great once I tried them on.
